So my nine year old nephew, Brandon, was learning about fact and opinion in school. His teacher asked that each student share a fact and opinion to show that they understood the difference. When it was my nephew's turn he promptly said, "I just farted", fact. "It doesn't stink", opinion. I'm sure the whole class broke out in laughter I know when my sister-in-law shared it with me I did. At least on the bright side, he understands the difference between a fact and an opinion, though I'm not sure I share the same opinion about his farts. Hahaha!
